Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to orders placed on skrnd.ae. The shop is run by SKRND, a streetwear brand based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: info@skrnd.ae or WhatsApp +971 54 702 0483. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

  • After you place an order, you receive an email confirming it.
  • Every item is made to order: printed or embroidered for you after you order.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item can’t be made, a price on the site was clearly wrong, or a custom design breaks the rules below. If we cancel, we tell you and return anything you’ve paid.

Custom designs

  • We print what you approve in the preview, so check names, words and dates carefully before you order.
  • You confirm you have the right to use the names, words and photos you give us.
  • We may refuse designs that are offensive or illegal, or that copy someone else’s logo, brand or artwork.
  • Colours on screen can look slightly different from the real fabric and print.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). If you choose another currency on the site, your order is charged in the currency shown at checkout.
  • You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (through Ziina).
  • Cash on delivery is available in the UAE only.
  • Discount codes have their own conditions and can’t be exchanged for cash.

Delivery

  • UAE: delivered within 2–4 working days. 20 AED, free on orders above 200 AED (except the Western Region).
  • UAE Western Region: 50 AED, on every order (free delivery above 200 AED doesn’t apply).
  • Saudi Arabia and Bahrain: 35 AED, plus 10 AED for each additional item.
  • Kuwait and Qatar: 45 AED, plus 10 AED for each additional item.
  • Oman: 35 AED.
  • GCC orders are delivered within 5–10 working days and are paid online.

Delivery times start once your order is ready and can be longer around holidays.

Changes and cancellations

You can change your order within 12 hours of placing it: message us on WhatsApp. After that it goes into production and can’t be cancelled.

Returns

Because every piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong size. If an item arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it. Full details: Return/Exchange Policy.

Our designs

SKRND’s designs, photos, logo and site content belong to SKRND. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.

Responsibility

We’re responsible for delivering what you ordered, as described on the site. We aren’t responsible for losses we couldn’t reasonably foresee, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
