Return/Exchange Policy

Every SKRND piece is made to order, printed or embroidered just for you. Because of that, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size. Please check the size chart before you order, or message us on WhatsApp if you’re unsure.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not up to our usual standards, tell us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Email info@skrnd.ae or message us on WhatsApp at +971 54 702 0483.
  • Include your order number and a photo of the problem.

Once we’ve checked it, we collect the item at our cost and send you a replacement. Defective items are replaced; we don’t offer refunds.

Changes and cancellations

You can change your order within 12 hours of placing it: message us on WhatsApp. After that, your order goes into production and can’t be cancelled.
